Requirement: A small syndicate of local and young entrepreneurs wanted a guide for positive marketing communication ideas in a generic form to support each of their diversified businesses. No individual member of the syndicate could afford even the reduced price offered hence the need to form a syndicate and to share the advice given.

Solution: Based on a zero based budgeting concept, an e-book was written by Sensible Publications comprising logical and affordable ideas in the form of a self explanatory check-list with on-line links to useful repositories of further fundamental information.

Prior to publishing this e-book, each business was evaluated and common marketing denominators were recognised and recorded into a structured and logical format rather like a business specification.

The ideas given by Sensible Publications were common so that each entrepreneur could apply the information to his/her own particular business needs.

An on-line presentation was given to each business to explain the e-book and how best to use it. A smaller pocket version was produced subsequently by Sensible Publications.

Benefit: The smaller version can be read from a palmtop/ipad/iphone and is in constant use by each client as it is considered to be a valuable information tool.
